Jumbo Loans exceed the maximum loan amounts established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional loan limits. The current amount for Georgia is $417,000 and above. Rates on jumbo loans are typically a little higher than conforming loans. Jumbo Loans are typically used to buy more expensive homes and high-end custom construction homes.  We have excellent Underwriters who have very competitive jumbo loan rates for those with credit scores of 700 or above.
